Luxury hospitality company Aman Group has appointed Victor Clavell as COO. Clavell joins Aman from Hong Kong-based Urban Resort Concepts, where he was CEO and oversaw the expansion of The PuLi Group’s hospitality, residential and retail businesses.

Founded in 1988, Aman operates 35 hotels, resorts and branded residences across 20 destinations — including its sister brand, Janu.
