Frasers Property has announced that Eu Chin Fen will step down as CEO of its business unit, Frasers Hospitality, effective Jan 1, 2027.

The move follows the successful privatisation of Frasers Hospitality Trust in 2025 and the completion of the trust’s portfolio optimisation as at Sept 30, according to an Oct 9 release.

Eu joined the firm in 2011, taking on a central role in guiding the strategic growth of Frasers Hospitality.
