Research by PropNex shows that District 8 was the top-performing shophouse district in the final quarter of 2025. It saw seven transactions totalling $46.3 million in 4Q2025, bringing its tally for that year to 24 deals worth over $183 million. This reflects renewed interest in the District 8 market, adds the firm.
