Singapore-listed flexible workspace operator JustCo has launched JustCo Raffles City Tower, marking its 24th centre in the country.

The new co-working centre occupies the ninth and 10th storeys of the building, spanning about 16,000 sq ft.

It can accommodate more than 300 members, said JustCo in a Sept 2 announcement.

It offers private offices, dedicated workspaces, as well as meeting and collaboration areas.

Raffles City is an integrated development that comprises Grade A offices, alongside retail, hospitality and convention facilities. It sits directly above City Hall MRT Interchange and is connected via a sheltered walkway to Esplanade MRT Station, which is a three-minute walk away.

The opening of the latest centre is part of the group’s ongoing strategy of establishing its premium centres in landmark locations with high connectivity.

“Businesses today are much more deliberate about where they locate their teams. They want the flexibility of a managed workspace, but they are not willing to compromise on the quality of the address, connectivity or the experience they offer their employees,” said Kong Wan Long, chief commercial officer of JustCo.

He added that the company sees “continued opportunity” to serve both established businesses and growing teams in the downtown business district.

Its growing portfolio in Singapore includes luxury co-working space The Collective Labrador Tower, which opened in January; upcoming centres at The Octagon, under its practical, essentials-focused brand The Boring Office; and JustCo Place on Orchard Road, which will feature both co-working and co-living spaces.
