The project is adjacent to the upcoming Lentor Hillock Park — a landscaped green space being developed by the National Parks Board and URA at the centre of the estate.

Other biophilic features include a 200m waterscape consisting of a 75m main pool, a 50m lap pool and a series of therapeutic and themed pools. Facilities at the condo are spread across the basement, first storey and Sky Terraces located on the ninth level of each 16-storey tower.
