Mr Lee will attend the 6th China (Binhai Tianjin) International Eco-city Forum in Tianjin on 15 September, where he will speak on the theme of “Eco-city and Sustainable Development”. During his visit, Mr Lee will meet senior Tianjin officials to exchange views on the progress of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city project.
