FY2025 TCMR Assessment As the post-GE2025 TCs were formed on 30 May 2025 following the GE2025, the newly-formed and reconstituted TCs will require a transition period to stabilise their operations after the handover of Towns. Therefore, MND will not publish the TCMR Operational and Governance Reports for FY2025 (April 2025 to March 2026). During this period, MND will continue to monitor the performance of the TCs and share our feedback with the TCs to better support their transition.
