Board Appointment Changes at Strata Titles Boards
Leadership continuity and refreshed membership may support consistent handling of strata disputes and collective-sale applications, potentially maintaining confidence in these property-resolution processes.
The Strata Titles Boards’ 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028 term retains President Alfonso Ang Cheng Ann, adds three members and re-appoints 43 members.

BOARD APPOINTMENT CHANGES AT STRATA TITLES BOARDS
The Ministry of National Development has announced board appointment changes at Strata Titles Boards (STB). The new term of STB will be from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028.
2 The board will continue to be chaired by Mr Alfonso Ang Cheng Ann. Three new members will be appointed to the board, five deputy presidents and thirty-eight members will be re-appointed, and four members will step down at the end of the current term.
Changes in Board Appointments
3 Mr Alfonso Ang Cheng Ann will be re-appointed as President of STB. Five deputy presidents and thirty-eight board members will also be re-appointed.
4 Three new board members, Ar Wu Tzu Chiang, Mr Christopher Tan Eng Kiong and Mr Christopher Lee Teck Kim will be appointed for a two-year term.
5 Four board members, Mr Richard Tan Ming Kirk, Mr Periowsamy Otharam, Er Ting Thiam Siu and Mr Lee Cheng Sung, will step down at the end of their term on 30 September 2026. (See Annexes A and B)
6 MND and STB welcome the new board members and extend our deepest appreciation to the outgoing board members for their invaluable service and contributions.
