Hsieh is a director of GIC’s board and also co-founder and advisor to the PrimePartners Group and chairman of GXS Bank.

The appointments follow the retirement of Miguel Ko as non-executive chairman and non-independent director, and Gabriel Lim as non-executive, non-independent director, upon the completion of their respective terms on Dec 31, 2026.
Ko will retire after 12 years with the group, having joined as CEO of Ascendas-Singbridge in 2014. Under his chairmanship, CLI evolved into a global real asset manager, expanding its institutional investor network and investment platform.
Meanwhile, Lim will have served the group for more than nine years, having joined the board of the former CapitaLand Limited in 2017.
"As CLI enters its next phase, our CEO, Lee Chee Koon, has my full support. I look forward to working closely with him and the management team to address our strategic priorities and execute them with discipline," said Hsieh in an Oct 22 release.
Ko expressed confidence in his successor, citing Hsieh's experience and judgement, as well as the continued support of CLI's board and leadership team.
