Lucerne Grand’s sales gallery drew around 4,000 visitors over its first preview weekend on Sept 19-20, according to developer City Developments Ltd (CDL).
The 570-unit, 99-year leasehold condo is located on Lakeside Drive, near Jurong Lake District, and directly linked to Lakeside MRT Station on the East-West Line The development will also feature a retail podium, Lucerne Galleria, with a supermarket, F&B outlets and other retail options.
Residential units will comprise a mix of two- to four-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 624 to 1,432 sq ft.

Indicative prices start from $1.498 million ($2,401 psf) for a 624 sq ft two-bedroom unit. Three-bedroom units, from 883 sq ft, are priced from $1.988 million ($2,251 psf), while four-bedroom premium layouts, from 1,152 sq ft, start at $2.788 million ($2,420 psf).
CDL was awarded the 145,314 sq ft government land sale site in June 2025 after submitting the top bid of $608 million, or $1,132 psf per plot ratio.
Sales bookings at Lucerne Grand will commence on Oct 3.
