Changes to the Board Members of the Housing & Development Board
Leadership continuity alongside broader financial, development and public-sector expertise may support consistent oversight of HDB’s housing programmes and estate planning.
For HDB’s board term from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2026, Benny Lim remained Chairperson, with five new and nine re-appointed members.
Body
The Ministry of National Development (MND) has announced changes to the board appointments at the Housing & Development Board (HDB). The new term of the HDB Board will be from 1 Oct 2024 to 30 Sep 2026.
The Board will continue to be chaired by incumbent Chairperson, Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe. Five new members have been appointed to the Board. Nine members have been re-appointed, and four members have stepped down.
Re-appointment of Chairperson and Board Members
Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe has been re-appointed as Chairperson, HDB.
Nine Board members have also been re-appointed. They are:
