The 344-room DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay officially opened on Oct 1 at 401 Havelock Road, marking the brand’s Singapore debut.
The former Hotel Miramar was acquired for $160 million in November 2025 by a fund managed by Aravest, with Wee Hur Property holding a 21% stake and serving as development partner. The acquisition price worked out to about $465,100 per room.
Robertson Quay’s riverside setting and neighbourhood character make it a fitting home for the brand,” says Alexandra Murray, Hilton’s area vice-president and regional head of Southeast Asia.
