The serviced residence also offers two dining options — all-day dining restaurant Relish and Lakeside Cafe.
Terra is a development by Putrajaya Holdings, the city’s master developer, and a subsidiary of KLCC (Holdings). It also includes a 348-unit residential condominium, a 170,000 sq ft community mall and a 35,000 sq ft event hall.
Located along Putrajaya Lake, the development is within a 20-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and sits adjacent to Cyberjaya, Malaysia’s technology and innovation hub.
Frasers Hospitality adds that the precinct is expected to be further enhanced by the opening of a shopping mall, followed by Terra Acara, a 1,000-seat convention hall slated to open in 2027.
“Renowned as a city defined by vision and growth, Putrajaya provides an ideal setting for an integrated development like Terra,” said Vernon Lee, regional senior vice president of Southeast Asia & Australia at Frasers Hospitality. “We are proud to be part of this journey and introduce our signature standard of serviced living to the families and professionals who make this city their home, whether for long-term stays or shorter visits.”
