Apartments at three new developments in Australia — Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington — will be launched for sale to Singapore buyers during the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, said Savills Singapore. Cavallo is located in Melbourne, while Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington are in Sydney.
Cavallo is an apartment tower along Clarke Street in Southbank, an inner-city suburb just south of Melbourne’s CBD. The 188-unit development offers one- to two-bedroom apartments measuring from 603 to 1,227 sq ft.
Prices start from A$705,000 ($639,375) for a one-bedder and A$1.1 million for a two-bedroom unit. Developed by Melbourne-based property developer LAS Group, the project is slated for completion in 4Q2028.

Cavallo is close to landmarks including the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, South Melbourne Market and Rod Laver Arena. It also offers convenient access to tertiary education centres including the University of Melbourne’s Southbank campus, La Trobe University and Victoria University.
Park Avenue Residences is located in St Leonards, a suburb in Sydney’s North Shore area. The project by Sydney developer JQZ features one- to three-bedroom apartments, priced at A$980,000, A$1.53 million and A$2.06 million, respectively.
The development is about a six-minute walk away from the St Leonards train station, offering residents public transport connectivity to the CBD. Other nearby amenities include Mall 88’s retail offerings, Royal North Shore Hospital and schools. Park Avenue Residences is expected to be completed this year.
Meanwhile, The Kensington is situated along Anzac Parade in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The mixed-use development — a project by Australian property company TOGA Group — has 142 luxury apartments sitting atop a ground-floor retail podium.
Residences at the development comprise one- to three-bedders, along with small office, home office (or Soho) apartments. Prices start from A$1.03 million for a one-bedroom unit and go up to A$1.96 million for a three-bedroom apartment; a Soho unit costs A$1.74 million.
The Kensington is two minutes away on foot from Kensington Station, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Light Rail network. The property is also near major health and educational institutions, including the University of New South Wales.

The three developments offer Singapore buyers a breadth of residential options, noted Adrian Lim, senior director and head of international residential sales at Savills Singapore. “Buyers can consider not only the individual home, but also the type of neighbourhood and lifestyle that best suits their needs.”
Savills Singapore will hold a launch event for the projects at Voco Orchard Hotel from 2pm to 6pm on Sept 19 and 20.
