Anantara-branded villas in Bali up for sale with prices from US$700,000
Reported demand across Indonesia and overseas signals cross-border interest in Southeast Asian branded residences, potentially supporting investor take-up through Anantara’s resort-managed rental programme.
Anantara Residences Ubud Bali launched 15 one- and two-bedroom pool villas for sale in October, with indicative prices starting from US$700,000 (around $895,000).

A collection of branded residences located in Bali, Indonesia, is up for grabs. Anantara Residences Ubud Bali launched for sale this month, offering 15 one- and two-bedroom pool villas.
Developed by Minor International (which owns the Anantara brand) and state-owned Indonesian developer PT Wijaya Karya Realty, the development neighbours Anantara Ubud Bali Resort, an 85-key hotel the partners opened in October 2024.
The resort and residences are located in Payangan, about 35 minutes north of central Ubud and two hours from Denpasar International Airport. The Payangan district is known for its picturesque highlands, river valleys and rainforests.

Indicative prices of the villas start from an estimated US$700,000 (around $895,000).
One-bedroom villas measure 1,163 sq ft. Each unit features a private infinity pool with views overlooking the forest.
Two-bedroom villas, each spanning 1,765 sq ft, also come with a private pool. Designed for families, they feature an expansive layout, along with en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms.
Jakarta-based architecture firm Aboday designed the villas, with interiors crafted by Malaysia’s EDC International.
The villas include 24-hour manned security, fibre-optic internet and underground utilities, emergency power supply, and rainwater recycling systems for landscaping.
Owners will have access to resort amenities, which include a spa, fitness centre, kids’ and teens’ clubs, and around-the-clock butler services.
Qualified owners will have the option to join the development’s resort-managed rental programme. Anantara will fully manage the property on behalf of owners, according to Minor International.

"With a fully compliant rental model operated by Anantara, the development gives owners access to global demand, expert revenue management and hassle-free property care,” said Micah Tamthai, the group’s COO of lifestyle and real estate.
Tamthai believes the residences, designed for high-net-worth individuals, will appeal not only to investors but also to “wellness seekers and culture aficionados who want to live, not just visit, Bali”.
"We’re seeing strong local demand from Jakarta and Surabaya, as well as from buyers in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, the US and the UK, all looking to diversify their portfolios with branded real estate in Southeast Asia," he said.
