The Arcady at Boon Keng, a freehold condo in District 12, clinched first place among private non-landed residential developments that recorded fresh psf-price peaks during the week of Oct 6 to 13.
The project’s new benchmark of $2,843 psf was established on Oct 10, when a 678 sq ft, two-bedroom unit on the 22nd floor was sold by the developers for $1.93 million.
The sale inches past the project’s previous price high of $2,837 psf. That was set in November last year from the developer sale of a 764 sq ft two-bedder for $2.17 million.
