Frasers Property has announced that Eu Chin Fen will step down as CEO of its business unit, Frasers Hospitality, effective Jan 1, 2027.
The move follows the successful privatisation of Frasers Hospitality Trust in 2025 and the completion of the trust’s portfolio optimisation as at Sept 30, according to an Oct 9 release.
Eu joined the firm in 2011, taking on a central role in guiding the strategic growth of Frasers Hospitality. She worked closely with group leadership on the $2.1 billion portfolio optimisation of Frasers Hospitality Trust, which paved the way for the redevelopment potential of the Fraser Suites Singapore site into a mixed-use riverfront development. The site will feature a new flagship 184-unit Fraser Suites serviced residence.

Chew Han Song will continue to lead as COO of Frasers Hospitality, reporting to the group CEO. He will drive global brand stewardship for this sector, expand the portfolio through third-party management agreements, and deliver operational excellence across properties worldwide, Frasers Property said.
Meanwhile, current chief financial officer of Frasers Hospitality Eric Gan will lead asset management under group investment, reporting to group COO Tony Lombardo.
Eu said: “It has been a privilege to lead Frasers Hospitality and work alongside such a dedicated, world-class team.” “By drawing on our deep extended-stay capabilities and staying true to our commitment of warm, intuitive hospitality, we elevated guest experiences across our properties with a genuine culture of care,” she added.
