Katrina Group unveils newly renovated ST Signature Midtown at Beach Road
The flexible-stay format signals demand for convenient short-duration accommodation and may broaden the property's appeal to tourists with gaps between flights or itineraries.
Katrina Group opened the renovated 38-room ST Signature Midtown at 85 Beach Road, offering overnight accommodation and flexible stays across four room types.

ST Signature, the hospitality brand of Katrina Group, has opened its newly renovated co-living hotel, ST Signature Midtown.
Located at 85 Beach Road, the property comprises 38 en suite rooms across four room types, from Cabin M to Cabin XL. The largest rooms can accommodate up to four guests.
ST Signature Midtown offers overnight stays, as well as flexible stay durations and time blocks, which could appeal to “tourists with gaps between flights or itineraries”, said the group.

Guests will have access to high-speed internet and 24-hour online chat support. They can also manage their stay through ST Signature’s smart self-check-in system, including making bookings and payments, and accessing their rooms using a digital key.
“The way people travel and stay has changed, with guests placing greater value on convenience and flexibility,” said Andreas Lorenz, COO of Katrina Group.
The newly refreshed property features artwork in its shared kitchen and communal spaces designed by Singapore-based artist Sean Dunston, which draw inspiration from Beach Road's cinema past.
It is located within a six- to eight-minute walk from lifestyle and dining amenities at Bugis Junction, Bugis+, and Haji Lane.
