Launch of sites for purpose-built dormitories in 2026
Together with 10,200 beds from two earlier launches, the new supply could ease migrant-worker accommodation constraints and support employers’ future workforce requirements.
Three 2026 GLS dormitory sites at Lok Yang Way, Gali Batu Phase 1 and Lorong Lada Hitam 1 will provide 30,000 beds.
