Pair of ground-floor shops in Little India for sale at $9 mil
The offering may appeal to investors seeking F&B rental income and owner-occupiers prioritising scarce city-fringe commercial premises near Jalan Besar and Rochor MRT stations.
Two adjoining 999-year leasehold F&B-approved shops at 28 and 30 Dickson Road are offered at $9 million, or about $3,733 psf.

The shops are within a three-minute walk from Jalan Besar and Rochor MRT stations.
“The two units may appeal to investors seeking stable rental income from F&B operators, as well as owner-occupiers looking to secure premises in a tightly held city-fringe commercial location,” said Donald Goh, director of capital markets and investment sales at ERA Singapore.
The EOI exercise will close on Nov 3 at 3pm.
