Sanubari Phase 4A brings smart, spacious landed living to Bandar Dato' Onn

Overall, Sanubari has already drawn buyers from outside Malaysia. Of 319 signed purchasers in buyer records reviewed by JLG, eight, or about 2.5%, are Singaporean. Other foreign purchasers include those from China and Taiwan.

Demand has also built across the development’s earlier phases. Approximately 80% of homes across the first three phases had been sold as at September 2026, while the international lots in Phase 1 have sold out.
