What's moving the market: Singapore's biggest property deals and hottest searches (Sept 25)
The record despite the flat being largely unrenovated and below the highest floors signals strong demand that may support seller expectations in premium HDB projects.
A five-room Pinnacle@Duxton flat sold for a development-record $1.701 million, the highest-priced HDB transaction during the period reviewed.

In the leasing market, the most popular rented condo in the Core Central Region (CCR), based on latest available data for contracts starting in August 2026, was D’Leedon with 55 deals. The 99-year leasehold project in prime District 10 houses 1,703 condo units and 12 landed units.
The next most popular rented CCR condos was The Sail @ Marina Bay with 39 rental transactions, and Marina One Residences with 38.
The Boulevard Residence was in pole position among CCR units with the highest rents, with an apartment commanding $41,000 per month. HDB flats — top prices and rents, most transacted blocks
A five-room flat on levels 28 to 30 at Pinnacle@Duxton on Cantonment Road, transacted for $1.701 million, was the highest-priced HDB unit sold during the period in review. It also broke the price record at the development.
The flat’s owners told EdgeProp Singapore that the outcome came as a surprise to them, as the unit was not on the highest floors and was also largely unrenovated.
Meanwhile, a five-room flat at Block 273A Bishan Street 24, on the 31st to 33rd storeys, changed hands for $1.6 million. It is part of Natura Loft, a popular Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) public housing project.
